Over the last few months we have taken advantage of the favourable weather and have been busy completing even more plots ready for occupation, for both private buyers and for Clarion (Plots 53-57 are complete and mostly occupied, Plots 72-76 and 79-85 are all occupied, Plots 58-63 and 64-71 are complete and due occupation by Clarion). We are almost there with Block 3 apartments too, with with final snagging currently ongoing in preparation of occupation by Clarion.
You will also have noticed that our Sales office has had all of the hoarding removed and landscaping is in progress. This will make this area even more attractive.
The access path between Meadowview Road and Greenway is now open and we hope that you are finding this link a helpful connection.
We are also pleased to report that the tennis courts are complete and due to be handed over to the tennis club this month, with the multi-use games areas also complete, with hand over to the managing agent also due this month. These are fantastic facilities and we hope that they are well used and enjoyed by the local community.
